During an empowering personal strength exercise, Shanti* got feedback about her "elegant voice". Using this feedback, the young lady envisioned herself as a presenter when she turned 18. This dream gave her more drive to excel in her studies, one less reason to experiment with drugs or join street gangs......

December 2016 Edition

The Amazing WE CARE Race 2016 is a fundraising and adventure event. This race, held for the second consecutive year, help raise funds to support individual and families suffering from
all forms of addictions. This year a total of 26 teams with 126 participants took part.

September 2016 Edition

Staying away from alcohol, gambling and drugs for one whole year is an incredible achievement. It requires courage, commitment and effort. This year 8 individuals from our Drop-in Centre, crossed their 12-month milestone – “The First Year Finishers”.

In recognition of their success WE CARE had a celebration on 1st June 2016.

FREE stands for Families in Recovery through Education and Empowerment. FREE is a workshop for the family members of addicted ones. 

Date: Every 2nd Monday of the Month except Public Holiday

Do you feel like adding colours to your days? Art making is a soothing activity that can help us to reflect and explore emotions safely, or merely to experiment and play! Sessions are facilitated by an art therapist. No art skills needed.
