The unique message, when attending a Recovery Support Group (RSG) is, we are not alone. In the meetings, members share their experience, strength and hope. They feel supported when they realise that many others went through the same experiences. Individuals meet in a RSG, on a regular basis, in a safe setting where struggles, thoughts, ideas and feelings are expressed without the fear of rejection or judgement.
WE CARE hosts various self-help RSG meetings on a daily basis. Meetings are open to all recovering individuals.
