Chai Binhua

Locum Counsellor

Chai Binhua is locum counsellor at WE CARE who focuses on working with youth as well as internet and gaming addictions. He is also an Associate Rehabilitation Specialist at Youth Guidance Outreach Services where he works with first-time youth drug offenders sent to Community Rehabilitation Centre. 

Binhua holds a Master of Social Sciences (Professional Counselling) from Swineburne University of Technology as well as a Bachelor of Social Sciences (with Honours) from the National University of Singapore where he majored in Psychology. He is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with National Addictions Management Service (NAMS), and has multiple certifications from the Social Service Institute. Additionally, he is also an allied member of Singapore Association of Counselling (SAC).
