Tan Tzao Shen

Fundraising Manager

Tan Tzao Shen is the fundraising manager at WE CARE with extensive marketing experience in leading local and global consumer goods brands, during which he covered both Singapore and APAC markets. 

After more than 20 years in the consumer goods industry, Tzao Shen made the career switch and joined WE CARE where, on top of fundraising and donor management responsibilities, is also a social work associate.

Tzao Shen has a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology & Geography) from the National University of Singapore as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick. Additionally, he has also attended the Management Acceleration Program at INSEAD.
